Andrea McCracken

Andrea has more than thirty-five years of professional experience in real estate sales, client consulting, change management, customer service, and marketing. Understanding the local real estate market and her clients' needs have been the most important factors in helping her serve her real estate clients so effectively. She has been a South Bay resident for nearly 30 years and has a unique ability for helping her clients identify and achieve their desired outcomes.

She enjoys truly understanding her clients' needs, negotiating on their behalf and representing their best interest. Whether buying or selling or investing, each person has a unique situation and specific goals that are important to them. She provides luxury level service to her clients in every situation, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships and helping her clients get the results they are looking for.

Andrea seemed destined to work in real estate after developing a strong business and marketing background at the University of Wisconsin School of Business. She moved to the Los Angeles area in the mid-1990s from her hometown of Chicago, IL, and now lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband and two children.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing outdoor activities like biking, hiking and skiing.
